All inventory items will ship within 24 hours if merchandise is in stock in our warehouse. A backorder notification will be sent immediately after an
order is placed if merchandise is currently on backorder. If you have a
special event and need immediate merchandise, we will make every effort to
meet your specific deadline. We welcome and encourage you to contact your

your special needs.
Returns - While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, we are happy to exchange our merchandise, or provide you with a
full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise. All Returns/Exchanges must occur within 30 days of receipt of the item and the merchandise must be in new/unused condition.
If you are interested in an exchange, please call us direct and we will ship
out the replacement merchandise at once. We'll bill you at the time we
ship your replacement merchandise and will credit you back upon receipt of
the exchange. All other returns will be credited back to the account at the
time the merchandise is received back in our warehouse.
